১। রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া 1. Return Process
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে লগইন করুন, অর্ডার ইতিহাসে যান এবং যোগ্য অর্ডারে 'রিটার্ন অনুরোধ' বাটনে ক্লিক করুন। Log in to your account, go to order history, and click the 'Return Request' button on the eligible order.
আমাদের টিম ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আপনার অনুরোধ পর্যালোচনা করবে এবং ইমেইল/এসএমএস এর মাধ্যমে জানাবে। Our team will review your request within 24 hours and notify you via email/SMS.
অনুমোদনের পর, আমাদের কুরিয়ার ২-৩ কার্যদিবস এর মধ্যে আপনার ঠিকানা থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করবে। After approval, our courier will collect the product from your address within 2-3 working days.
গুণগত মান পরীক্ষার পর, ৩-৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে। After the quality check, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

- ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হলে Wrong product delivered
- ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য Damaged or defective product
- সাইজ/রঙ মিলছে না Size/color mismatch
- পণ্য বর্ণনার সাথে ভিন্ন Different from product description
- অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং সহ পণ্য Unused products with original packaging
৩। রিটার্নযোগ্য নয় 3. Non-Returnable Items
- ব্যবহৃত বা পরিবর্তিত পণ্য Used or altered products
- ব্যক্তিগত পরিচর্যা ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি পণ্য Personal care and hygiene products
- অন্তর্বাস ও সুইমওয়্যার Undergarments and swimwear
- ট্যাগ/লেবেল অনুপস্থিত পণ্য Missing tags/labels
- 'নো রিটার্ন' চিহ্নিত পণ্য Items marked as 'No Return'
৪। রিফান্ড শর্তাবলী 4. Refund Terms
- ভোক্তা অধিকার আইন ২০০৯ অনুযায়ী ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য। Full refund applies for defective products per Consumer Rights Act 2009.
- রিফান্ডের পরিমাণ মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। Refund amount will be returned to the original payment method.
- শিপিং চার্জ সাধারণত রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়, তবে আমাদের দোষে হলে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড হবে। Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless it's our error.
৫। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা 5. Important Instructions
রিটার্নের আগে পণ্যের ছবি/ভিডিও তুলে রাখুন। Take photos/videos of the product before returning.
পণ্য অবশ্যই মূল প্যাকেজিং ও আনুষাঙ্গিক সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে। The product must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
ইনভয়েস/রসিদ সংরক্ষণ করুন - রিটার্নের সময় প্রয়োজন হবে। Save the invoice/receipt - it will be required during return.
কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার সময় প্যাকেজিং সঠিকভাবে করুন। Ensure proper packaging when returning the product via courier.
