১। চুক্তির সম্মতি 1. Agreement to Terms

২। অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ব্যবহারের নিয়ম 2. Account & Usage Rules

✦ সঠিক ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হবে। Accounts must be created with accurate and complete information.
✦ আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড ও অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা আপনার দায়িত্ব। The security of your password and account is your responsibility.
✦ ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন ২০১৮ অনুযায়ী কোনো বেআইনি কার্যকলাপ সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited as per the Digital Security Act 2018.
✦ অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ, ম্যালওয়্যার প্রেরণ বা অন্যের তথ্য সংগ্রহ শাস্তিযোগ্য অপরাধ। Unauthorized access, spreading malware, or collecting others' data is a punishable offense.
✦ সন্দেহজনক কার্যকলাপে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত/বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষিত। We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity.

৩। পণ্য, মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট 3. Product, Price & Payment

✦ সকল মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (৳) প্রদর্শিত এবং প্রযোজ্য ভ্যাট/ট্যাক্স অন্তর্ভুক্ত। All prices are shown in BDT (৳) and include applicable VAT/Tax.
✦ পণ্যের বর্ণনা ও ছবি যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করা হয়। Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible.
✦ মূল্য ত্রুটি পাওয়া গেলে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষিত। We reserve the right to cancel orders if price errors are found.
✦ ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD), বিকাশ, নগদ, রকেট এবং কার্ড পেমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য। COD, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Card payments are accepted.
✦ ভোক্তা অধিকার আইন অনুযায়ী ভেজাল বা নিম্নমানের পণ্য সরবরাহ শাস্তিযোগ্য। Supplying adulterated or low-quality products is punishable under Consumer Law.

৪। শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি 4. Shipping & Delivery

✦ ঢাকার মধ্যে ১-৩ কার্যদিবস এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি। Delivery within 1-3 working days inside Dhaka and 3-7 days outside Dhaka.
✦ প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, হরতাল বা অনিবার্য কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য দায়ী নই। We are not liable for delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or unavoidable causes.
✦ ডেলিভারি চার্জ অর্ডারের সময় স্পষ্টভাবে প্রদর্শিত হবে। Delivery charges will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.
✦ পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় প্যাকেজ যাচাই করে নেওয়া আপনার দায়িত্ব। It is your responsibility to verify the package at the time of delivery.

৫। রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড 5. Return & Refund

✦ ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের আবেদন করতে হবে। Return applications must be made within 7 days of delivery.
✦ ভোক্তা অধিকার আইন ২০০৯ অনুযায়ী ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য। Full refund applies for defective products per Consumer Rights Act 2009.
✦ পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে। Products must be returned unused and in original packaging.
✦ রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ৭-১৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে। Refund processes will be completed within 7-14 working days.
✦ কিছু পণ্য (অন্তর্বাস, ব্যক্তিগত স্বাস্থ্যবিধি পণ্য) রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়। Certain items (undergarments, hygiene products) are non-returnable.

৬। নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ 6. Prohibited Activities

✦ ভুয়া তথ্য দিয়ে অর্ডার প্রদান সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ এবং আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণযোগ্য। Ordering with fake information is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
✦ ডিজিটাল নিরাপত্তা আইন ২০১৮ এর ধারা ২৫ অনুযায়ী আক্রমণাত্মক বা হুমকিমূলক বার্তা প্রেরণ শাস্তিযোগ্য। Sending offensive or threatening messages is punishable under Digital Security Act 2018.
✦ ওয়েবসাইটের কোনো অংশ কপি, পুনরুৎপাদন বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ। Copying or commercially using any part of the website is prohibited.
✦ মিথ্যা রিভিউ, রেটিং ম্যানিপুলেশন বা প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপ নিষিদ্ধ। Fake reviews, rating manipulation, or fraudulent activities are prohibited.

৭। মেধাস্বত্ব 7. Intellectual Property

✦ কপিরাইট আইন ২০০০ (সংশোধিত ২০০৫) অনুযায়ী সুরক্ষিত। Protected under the Copyright Act 2000 (Amended 2005).
✦ বিনা অনুমতিতে ব্যবহার আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণযোগ্য। Usage without permission is subject to legal action.

৮। প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি 8. Governing Law & Disputes

✦ এই শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত। These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
✦ বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে ঢাকা জেলা আদালতের এখতিয়ার প্রযোজ্য হবে। Jurisdiction of Dhaka District Court applies in case of disputes.
✦ ভোক্তা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তরে (DNCRP) অভিযোগ দায়ের করা যাবে। Complaints can be filed with the Consumer Rights Department (DNCRP).
